We are a network of like-minded people, walking together on the path of Spirituality. Often this path can be tough and dreary and we need friends for support! We'd like to share our knowledge and experiences.

 

>> About the Founder

1974: Joined Ananda Marga Yoga Society of Singapore and Singapore Polytechnic Yoga Movement

1978,80 &83: Visited India, the motherland of Yoga and learnt the Science of Life

2003: went to India again to finish his Diploma in Yogatherapy at the Indian School of Yoga.

2004: Founded Balanced Lifestyle with a pool of dedicated Yoga Instructors to serve the community.

Even before yoga was popular in Singapore, yoga was taught in our centers around the world as Ananda Marga Yoga has reached 160 countries in the ‘70s.  

Bhakta have more than 20 years of yoga practice and held position of President of the Yoga Society for 3 terms.

He  has been a full-time yoga instructor for the last 10 years sharing his knowledge of Yoga in Ananda Marga Yoga Society of Singapore as well as corporate companies like Changi Airport Recreation Club (CARC) NTUC Income, Laguna National Golf & Country Club, PSB Corp & SPRING.
