What is a bidet?
A bidet is a device that directs a gentle stream of water to clean the genital and rectal areas. There is no need to use toilet paper. Bidets are used throughout the world by people of all ages who prefer improved hygiene in these areas.

What if there is no space in the toilet?
White Bidet models can be attached to your existing toilet. Therefore, no extra space is required for installing the bidet.

Why should I use a bidet?
The anal region is an ideal breeding ground for bacteria and fungi which can cause infections, sores, and rashes. A 5 to 10 second stream of cleansing water from the bidet system will keep this sensitive and delicate area completely clean after toilet use.

Are bidets safe to use at home?
Doctors recommend that Bidet is a safe, natural, and environmentally friendly toilet accessory. Especially for the elderly and pregnant ladies visiting the toilet, they will find cleaning themselves much easier using the bidet system. Also, using the bidet helps to keep toilet and bathroom floors dry thus avoiding accidents caused by slipping and falling.

Are bidets safe to use for my children?
Parent's potty training or cleaning up after infants know it is not one of the most enjoyable experiences of parenthood. White bidets, parents can simply set a potty seat on the toilet ring and flush baby's bottom with no fuss or mess. Children simply love Bidet. It is also ideal for children, who do not always wipe well.

How long does it take to install the bidet?
Installing the bidet takes around 15-20 minutes. It might take little longer depending on the configuration of your existing toilet bowl. Since no additional drilling or modification is required to your existing set up, users do not have to worry that their existing toilets will be damaged. If required, our local contractors are able to arrange for the installation of the bidet.

How long will my bidet last?
The White bidet is made of quality materials and will provide many years of use. The only moving part is the manual trigger valve that controls the flow of water.

What is needed to clean the bidet?
You can use any bathroom disinfecting solution to clean the bidet. We recommend that you keep your bidet clean by wiping it clean with a disinfectant on a regular basis (i.e. preferably two or three times a week).
